come what may.....and love it!

Several things going through my head this evening:

1. i forgot elder Wirtlin passed away last year
2. i LOVE the simplicity of his last talk last conference in october


3. i think my bunny is pretty cute and so is my niece.....the combination......even better! Oh, and for the record: my guinea pig has its moments as well

4. i shared the wonders of youtube with my mom tonight, besides playing patience on the computer IT will be her new obsession
5. this saying: Never give up what you want most for what you want now! I have some serious priority issues going on

Most of all I think about the fact that I lack gratitude for the many blessings in my life. Even focussing on them for maybe 1% brings a little light in "my house". Gratitude adds attitude.......

This scripture found its way to me this weekend:

Therefore, dearly beloved brethren, let us cheerfully do all things that lie in our power; and then may we stand still, with the utmost assurance, to see the salvation of God, and for his arm to be revealed.

I love that part that we may stand still after exercising our power, after having done CHEERFULLY. Stillness, peace, quietness.......because we can trust in Him. Thats is why we can be happy. He loves us for the person that we are RIGHT now....right now. I want to feel that love....and i guess for that i have to change my attitude....more gratitude and open to receive with a smile on my face.
